Here are answers to some of the most common questions about our services.

A: We specialise in corporate events, live events, product launches, networking events, brand activations and private celebrations
A: We’re based in Dubai but we also plan events across the UK. Travel fees may apply for events outside our primary service area.
A: We offer full-service event planning, logistics coordination, vendor management, creative concept development and on-site execution.
A: Yes. We work closely with your team to align the event design and experience with your brand objectives and messaging.

A: Pricing is based on the scope, scale and complexity of the event. We offer package pricing as well as custom quotes.

A: We require a signed agreement and a deposit to secure our services. The remaining balance is typically due 2 months prior to the event.
A: For corporate events, we recommend at least 2–3 months in advance. Larger or complex events may require 6 months or more.
A: Our team is on-site to oversee setup, vendor arrivals, timing, and overall flow. We’re your behind-the-scenes command centre.

A: Our cancellation terms are outlined in the agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable
